Receiving winnings is, perhaps, one of the most pleasant procedures for each player. There is a fairly large number of ways to receive winnings at the "Gol+Pas" bookmaking office, so you can choose the most convenient for you.

But, regardless of the method of receiving money, sometimes you need to cancel the payment. For example, the money may be required for the new bets on an interesting match, which you were unaware of or forgot about. Or you might need WebMoney instead of cash.

In this case, you can use the cancellation of payment, which is made only before the payment is made under a request.

There are several ways to do it:

1. Immediately after the pay-out request.

In case you made a mistake when formalizing the payment (you chose the wrong cashier or the day you want to collect money, you entered a wrong amount), you can immediately cancel the request.

To do this, immediately after the payment is formalized, go to the cancellation page.

After that you just need to click "Cancel". After the payment is cancelled, the money will be returned to your account.

In order to view the details of the cancelled operation, you need to go to the Transactions Log and click on the operation in the list of operations performed by you.

**2. Over some time"

If you decide to cancel the payment request not immediately, but only some time after formalization, then you need to go to the section "Transactions Log". Here in the "Transaction" column you will see the names of your transactions. Please note that you need to look for a transaction "Request for payment of deposit". In order to clarify whether this is the operation you are looking for. click on its number. This opens a window with information about the operation, at the bottom of which there is a link "Request cancellation".

Next, just like in the first paragraph, a notice informing you that you are cancelling the payment and "Cancel" button will appear. After you click the button the payment will be cancelled.

Be careful when making requests for payments, because in some cases processing a request for payment and cancellation of requires time, so the return of money to your account will not take place immediately.
